YWAM Mountain Province is currently hosting 17 college and high school students at our base as part of our Student Sponsorship Ministry. Three new students have joined us this year: Christina, Jonathan, and Rojun. With the aid of financial supporters, we provide food, housing, and discipleship to these students as they attend school in Bontoc.
Included in the discipleship training, are group devotional times, prayer walks, and fasting. Practical training includes teaching them to deliver chapel talks and share the Word of God. Likewise, teachings on discipleship and leadership are provided by the staff and other invited speakers.
The students also participate in practical ministry activities with the YWAM staff. As YWAM Mountain Province hosts ministry teams, students often participate in ministry as translators. In this way they are also mentored in their discipleship.
We invite you to consider assisting these students through sponsorship. Your donation of $32 a month ($384 per year) will allow YWAM Mountain Province to meet the food and lodging expenses for one student. Sponsors are also asked to send letters to students to encourage them in their walk with Christ.
